A new Compact for Leeds was launched in June 2010. The Compact is an agreement between the public and third sectors in Leeds about how we choose to work together. It articulates some of the shared values and principles we have when working together for the people of Leeds.

About The Compact

A message from David Smith, Director of Leeds Voice and the Chair of the Compact Implementation Group:

"The new Compact is a result of negotiations which have taken place between the sector and its statutory partners, especially the Council and NHS Leeds. The Chief Executives of both organisations endorsed it when they spoke at the Compact launch earlier this year. Successful implementation is however crucial if it is to make a real difference"
