Roles and Responsibilities of Management Committee members

This free session will look at what the roles are including the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer and where do the overall responsibilities lie for the organisation, volunteers and resources. This session will give you handouts to take away on the specific officer roles as well as support you to address any queries in relation to your own organisation. You will look also at good practice for managing meetings and making decisions.

Introduction to Volunteering

This free session will look at the toolkit developed by the Volunteer Centre Leeds, which will support you to manage your volunteering programme, including recruitment, support and supervision and retention of your volunteers. The toolkit is a free resource which you will receive on attending the course.
