The contracts register has details of a selection of contracts funded by Leeds City Council valued above £10,000. The four different contract types are consultancy, supply of goods, services and works and are presented in four separate tabs on the register.
The register includes; contract title, start date, end date, contract value, current contractor and who at Leeds City Council has responsibility for the management of the contract. For more information about a specific contract please contact the contract manager (details on fifth tab on the register).
The contract register will be updated monthly, on or around the 1st of each calendar month and will include contracts due to finish in the next twelve months which the Third Sector organisations may be interested in bidding for if the contracts are re-commissioned.
Organisations in the Third Sector accessing the register will become aware of potential commissioning opportunities earlier than the notification of a tender, giving them time to prepare in advance for the process and consider whether consortia or partnership bids would be beneficial.
The information in the contracts register comes directly from the SCMS (Supplier Contract Management System) held by Alito Procurement, the electronic tendering system used by Leeds City Council. The information is available to any organisation registered on SCMS.
