
Chris qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and has over 20 years experience in company and commercial matters relating to both business and charity clients. He is a partner in the Charities and Social Economy team at Wrigleys Solicitors LLP, a nationally recognised specialist charity law firm. Chris is also the head of the employment unit at Wrigleys and deals with the full spectrum of employment issues for charity clients. His professional memberships include the Charity Law Association, the Education Law Association and the Employment Lawyers Association.
Chris advises charities and their trading subsidiaries and other not-for-profit and voluntary, community and faith organisations and social enterprises on employment, contract and governance matters.
