Course Description

The half day session will look at;

  • why offering training to your volunteers is important
  • describing barriers to learning and identifying training needs of your volunteers
  • identify why warm up exercises are useful in delivering training
  • identify why feedback is an essential part of training volunteers
  • planning session for training your volunteers
