How to Incorporate as a Company Ltd by Guarantee

Course Description

If you wish to register as a charity and also become a company ltd by guarantee then this is the course for you.  It will give you the step by step guide on what other bodies you need to register with, how to go through the process of registering with Companies House and what the implications are for your organisation.  There will also be opportunities for support if you are already a charity but not yet incorporated.

This course will not be looking at Community Interest Companies or social enterprises and if you need support with those you can contact our Information Worker at VA-L for more help.
